Prior to Kensa, Paul worked at Nu-Heat from August 2002 to November 2007, where responsibilities included trade sales and supporting installers with underfloor heating solutions. Paul's career began as a Design Engineer at B&P Buswells from August 1981 to July 2001, focusing on design, estimating, and project management for the hotel trade.
