Eileen Maguire has a strong background in the fashion industry, with experience in various roles and companies. Eileen began their career at Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc. as a Merchandise Allocator from October 2004 to December 2006. Eileen then joined The Donna Karan Company, LLC. in 2007, where they held positions such as Merchandise Allocator, Assistant Buyer, Associate Ecommerce Merchandiser, and finally Ecommerce Manager from February 2007 to February 2016. Since 2016, Eileen has been working at Kenneth Cole Productions, where they have held roles such as Director of Site Merchandising and Director of Buying & Merchandising (Women's). From February 2019 to January 2023, Eileen served as Senior Director of Digital Consumer Experience, and they are currently the Senior Director of Integrated Brand Marketing.

Eileen Maguire attended The College of New Jersey from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology.
