Robin Faulkner currently serves as the Senior Platform Administrator for ServiceNow at Kennesaw State University since January 2024. Prior to this role, Robin held various positions at Clayton State University, including Associate Director of Business Enablement from January 2011 to January 2024, where responsibilities included collaborating with business units on system design and vendor communication for successful implementations. Additionally, as an Application Developer/Architect, Robin promoted the adoption of ServiceNow and Microsoft 365, developing applications and automations to meet business needs. Robin's early career at Clayton State University also included serving as an Electronic Services Assistant, managing library content and technology equipment. Robin holds an Education Specialist degree in Media - Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia, a Master's degree in History with a focus on Archival Studies from Auburn University, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Georgia Southwestern State University.
