Tina Chapman is an experienced professional in the field of public health and community engagement, currently serving as a Senior Engagement Officer at Kennebec Behavioral Health since June 2014. Prior to this role, Tina held the position of President/CPO at United Way of Mid-Maine from January 2008 to June 2014 and was the Program Director at Healthy Maine Partnership of Greater Waterville from October 2002 to December 2007. Tina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Southern Maine, expected in 2024, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine (1986-1989), and a Master of Business Administration from Thomas College.
