Ben Baxter is currently the COO at Kenmare Resources Plc since January 2015. Prior to that, Ben held various management roles at Rio Tinto Iron and Titanium from February 2010 to December 2014, including the position of General Manager Mining. Ben also has experience working at Richards Bay Minerals from 1996 to 2009 in specialist and management roles. Ben holds a MSc in Mining Geology from Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter, and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geology from the University of Leicester. Recently, Ben completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2022.
