Cassandra Colletti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and client success across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Kenect since September 2022, Cassandra plays a key role following the acquisition of Friendemic. In addition, Cassandra has been working as a Community Events Planner for Dignity Memorial since February 2023, focusing on creating engaging events that reshape perceptions of funeral services. Prior experience includes roles at Friendemic as a Client Success Representative, Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge as Director of Internet Sales, and positions in office management at Innovative Esthetics and FJG Plumbing.
