Russell Schneider began their work experience in 1989 at Honeywell Process Solutions, where they held multiple roles and steadily climbed the ranks over a span of 10 years, starting as a process engineer and eventually becoming a Marketing Manager. In 1999, Schneider moved to Duralam and served as the Extrusion Lamination Manager until 2002. Russell then joined Bemis Company, Inc. and worked as a Market Manager from 2002 to 2004. Schneider's most recent position was at Kendall Packaging Corporation, where they held the title of Vice President Quality and Engineering from 2004 to 2016 before being promoted to the Chief Operating Officer in September 2016. In these roles, Schneider was responsible for leading product development, quality control, and manufacturing, as well as setting strategic direction for the companies and championing continuous improvement efforts.
Russell Schneider attended Lehigh University from 1992 to 1994 and obtained an MBA degree. Prior to that, they studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1984 to 1988 and earned a BSChE degree.
