Michele Frenkel has a long and varied work experience. Michele began their career in 2007 as a Senior Membership Account Manager for Amcham São Paulo- American Chamber of Commerce. In 2009, they moved to Integra Global Business Networks as a Business Connections Coordinator. In 2010, they joined Nestlé as a Beverages Marketing Manager- Nestlé Professional, where they were responsible for all brand and portfolio development in the Nestlé Professional beverages category, defining communication and positioning strategies. Michele was also responsible for developing a digital strategy with double focus; B2B and B2C, to increase consumer awareness and generate quality leads and prospects. During their time at Nestlé, they also launched the Nescafé R&G solution in the market, developed a new experience based platform for NP solution consumers, launched a branded chocolate powder category, and was part of the team developing the Starbucks launch strategy for the Brazilian market. In 2020, they joined Kencko as Director of Product and Categories and Portfolio Manager.

Michele Frenkel has a Bachelor's degree in Social Communications - Marketing and Advertising from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. In 2006, they also obtained International Credits from IULM University in the fields of Marketing, Psychology, Advertising, Public Relations, Film, and Italian. Her educational background also includes a High School degree from St. Paul's School, which they obtained between 1997 and 2004. Michele also holds a Green Belt Certification from Nestle S.A.
