Rhett Kiser currently serves as the Software Product Manager for Kempower in the North American market, focusing on the Kempower ChargEye product. Prior to this role, Rhett held positions at Dodge Industrial, Inc., including Global Product Manager for IIoT Technologies, where product development leadership resulted in the successful launch and growth of multiple IIoT devices, and a strategic account growth transformation of a 30-sensor account into a premier installation of over 500 sensors. Rhett's experience also includes significant roles at ABB, where participation in the LEAD rotational program encompassed diverse functions such as Manufacturing Engineer and Logistics/Supply Chain Improvement Specialist, alongside contributions as a Product Specialist in Smart Sensors. Early professional endeavors included internships and research positions at various organizations, culminating in dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
