Emre Inanir is a highly skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Head Chef at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul since January 2022, Emre previously held the position of Chef De Cuisine at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul from September 2018 to January 2022, where Turkish mezze and ocakbaşı culture were celebrated. Prior roles include Coordinator Chef for Butcha Steakhouse overseeing multiple locations, Executive Chef at Babillon Hotel managing two diverse restaurant concepts, and Executive Chef at Wyndham Hotel Istanbul Old City, where a fine Turkish restaurant was developed under the guidance of a renowned food consultant. Emre also gained valuable experience as Chef De Cuisine while assisting a two-Michelin star chef at Martı Hotels.
