Jerry Coleman currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Kemper, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Jerry held the role of Director of Strategy at LexisNexis from August 2021 to October 2022 and served as VP, Care Center Recruiting Manager at PNC from October 2016 to August 2021. Jerry's extensive experience in recruiting began in the Army National Guard, where significant roles included Director of Recruiting and various management positions, culminating in a career that spanned nearly two decades. Early military service included an assignment as an Army Ranger in the 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and completed advanced leadership training at the US Army Sergeants Major Academy. Additionally, Jerry has an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and a Real Estate Licensure from Hondros College of Business.
