Oriol Saludes has a diverse work experience in various industries. Oriol co-founded Kemiex AG in 2017, where they served as the COO and played a key role in developing an online platform for buying, selling, and trading raw materials in the life-science industry. At Deutsche Bank, Oriol worked as a Business Manager for Key Client Partners from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Trainee at UBS from 2014 to 2016. In 2013, Oriol worked at UBS Wealth Management, where they held multiple roles including IPS Advisory Solutions FX - Business Management and OTC Collateral Management and OTC Client Valuations. Oriol also gained experience as a Trade Marketing Analyst at Norwood Bic Graphic Europe, S.A. in 2012 and as a Forensic Analyst at Deloitte in the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) in the same year.

Oriol Saludes completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Esade, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they participated in an exchange program at Boston College, focusing on Management and Finance within the field of Business Administration and Management.
