Sarah Vivier serves as a Juriste en droit des sociétés at KELTEN AVOCATS since July 2022, specializing in corporate law with a focus on legal follow-up and mergers-acquisitions. Prior experience includes roles at EY Société d'Avocats and BERRUCAZ ET ASSOCIES, as well as significant contributions to the Association du DJCE de Lyon as Secretary General and an active member. Sarah holds a DJCE and a Master in Business Law and Taxation from Lyon 3, alongside certifications and a Licentiate in Law from University of Montpellier and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). Additional experience spans banking and compliance roles within Société Générale and other financial institutions.
