Stacy Gilroy serves as the Vice President of Talent & Culture at Kelonia Therapeutics since January 2023, following extensive experience in operations and human resources. As the Owner and Principal of Stacy Gilroy Consulting since April 2017, services provided include HR infrastructure development, office operations, real estate planning, and guidance for small companies. Previously, Stacy held leadership roles at Oncorus as Sr. Director of Talent & Culture and Director of Operations, where responsibilities included building the company's operational infrastructure. At bluebird bio, Stacy progressed from Executive Assistant to CEO to Senior Manager in Operations and Facilities Planning, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's operational framework. Early career experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at Mediaedge:cia. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rowan University.
