Steve McCarthy is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry. As of February 2024, Steve serves as the Sr. Director of Sales at Softworld, a Kelly Company, where responsible for leading a national sales team that offers IT Project Services, SOW, consulting, staffing, and direct hire solutions. Previously, Steve held several key positions at Kelly Services, including Director of Technology for the SouthWest region, overseeing sales across multiple states, and Area Manager for the Greater Los Angeles region. Additional experience includes roles as National Account Manager at Technisource and Area Sales Manager at Volt Technical Resources. Prior to that, Steve was Branch Manager at MediQuest Staffing, managing multiple divisions. Steve's career began as a Recruiter/Account Manager at TekSystems. Steve holds education from MIT Sloan School of Management (2023) and Saint Mary's College of California (1999).
