Laura Lockhart serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Kelly Services, a $5.0 billion global enterprise, since April 2006. In this role, Laura oversees SEC reporting, technical accounting policy, internal control design and compliance, as well as M&A due diligence and integration. Previously, Laura held leadership positions as Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Internal Audit, where responsibilities included managing global pricing, customer account finance teams, and the internal audit function. Prior experience includes serving as DVP of Financial Reporting at Sears Holdings Corporation and as Associate Director of Planning & Reporting at Borders. Early in Laura's career, experience as a Senior Financial Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers involved leading audits for Fortune 500 companies. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University, earned in 1991.
