Jerod Miller has over 27 years of diverse experience in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Recruit Lead at Kelly since June 2021, Jerod previously owned and presided over Xtreme Clean Pool Services from September 2012 to October 2022, overseeing daily operations and managing a maintenance schedule for 140 clients. Earlier roles include Tire Pros Business Manager at American Tire Distributors, where consultation focused on enhancing profitability for tire and automotive businesses, and CEO of The Wrench-it Center, an entrepreneurial venture in self-service automotive repair. Jerod also held the position of District Manager at Bridgestone for 15 years, supervising 30 retail locations and maintaining P&L accountability for a $40 million annual sales budget.
