Rita Alexandra Coelho is an experienced professional in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Team Leader for Healthcare T&P and previously for Life Sciences at Gi Group since January 2022. Responsibilities include operational coordination, performance analysis, ongoing feedback for team enhancement, client satisfaction focus, and oversight of new business operations. Prior to Gi Group, Rita held the position of Process Manager at EGOR, where the role involved creating and operationalizing a new business area, market prospecting for client acquisition, and managing recruitment processes in the healthcare field. Rita's career commenced at Randstad, where a significant tenure from October 2007 to July 2019 was spent as HR Senior International Consultant & Key Account for Randstad Healthcare. Rita holds an educational background from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa.
