Mark Kelly is the managing director at Kelly & O'Callaghan. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to their current position, they worked as a quantity surveyor for William F Rowley Ltd from May 1994 to May 1999.

Mark Kelly graduated from Trinity BSc with a degree in Construction Economics from Technological University Dublin.
