Diane Wooten has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Diane most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Kelly Generator and Equipment, Inc. and Kelly Generator & Equipment of PA & WV, Inc. This role started in December 2019 and continues to the present. Prior to this, they worked as the Controller at W. M. Schlosser Co. Inc. from March 2016 to November 2019. Before that, they held the position of Controller at Snapfish from June 2015 to March 2016. Diane also served as the Director of Accounting at American Forest Products, LLC from August 2010 to July 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Production Analyst at Next Day Blinds Corp. from July 2003 to July 2010, and as a Senior Accountant at B. Frank Joy, LLC from July 2000 to July 2003.

Diane Wooten holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Diane has also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Maryland Department of Labor.
