Ursula Willi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Ursula serves as the Head of People & Organisation at Kellerhals Carrard since April 2023. Prior to this position, Ursula was the Head of Human Resources and a member of the executive board at Stiftung Stöckenweid from October 2021 to March 2023. Ursula's career at Roche spanned from August 2007 to September 2021, where roles included People & Culture Business Partner, HR Business Partner, Head of HR Service Team, and HR Consultant/International Assignment Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Advanced Studies in HR Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW and a degree from Université de Fribourg, complemented by Maturität from Gymnasium Liestal.
