Le'Dia J. Smith, SPHR, currently serves as a Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams ONEChicago, specializing in first-time home-buying and multi-family residential properties, as well as real estate investing and rentals. In addition, Le'Dia is a Senior People Success Partner (HRBP) at Toast, bringing extensive human resources experience from previous roles, including as the University Programs and Diversity Talent Attraction Manager at McDonald's, where significant contributions were made to recruitment and diversity initiatives. Le'Dia has also served as a Career Coach for AfroTech/Lunchtable, leading workshops for non-tech professionals, and held the position of Executive Human Resources Manager at Target, where effective culture development and talent management were emphasized. Le'Dia earned a BBA in Marketing from Howard University.
