Shannon Williams, PE, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Keller Associates, Inc., a position held since November 2019. Previously, Shannon was the Lead Water Resource Engineer at WSP USA from April 2017 to November 2019, and spent over a decade at HDR in various roles, including Water Resources Engineer and Environmental Construction Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed stormwater design, project management, and NEPA compliance. Earlier experience includes work as an Environmental Engineer at Tetra Tech EC, Inc., and as an Environmental Specialist at Miller Environmental, Inc. and Creamer Environmental, Inc. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, earned between 1995 and 1999.
