Mark Harrison is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in commercial and employee diversity and inclusion leadership, currently serving as the Senior Manager, Human Resources Commercial & ED&I Lead ANZ at Kellanova since October 2023. Previously, Mark held various positions at Kellogg Company, including Senior Manager and Human Resources Business Partner for the AMEA region, and worked at British American Tobacco in multiple human resources roles. Mark's career also includes significant experience at Allied Pinnacle, LexisNexis UK, Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A., and Moran Health Care Group, covering a range of human resources and employment relations functions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a double major in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University, along with a short course in Advocacy in the Commission from the University of Sydney.
