Annie Colson is a Senior Manager for Global Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Kellanova, formerly Kellogg Company, since July 2022, responsible for executing strategies related to learning and development across multiple global regions. Prior to this role, Annie Colson managed various talent development programs at Allstate from January 2013 to July 2022, overseeing global mentorship and leadership development initiatives, while also serving in multiple HR and corporate communications roles. Early career experience includes a consulting position in talent acquisition at PSAV and an internship at Ohio University's Scripps College of Communication. Annie Colson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from Ohio University and a high school diploma from Notre Dame Academy.
