Amelie Suermann is an experienced midwife with a diverse background in maternal care and health education. Currently serving as a midwife at Praxis Hebammenzeit since April 2016, Amelie specializes in pre- and postpartum consultations, childbirth education, and yoga instruction. In addition to being a midwife consultant at Fjordblink Medical since May 2017, facilitating workshops on evidence-based water birth practice, Amelie works as a freelance writer for Keleya Digital-Health Solutions, creating content on pregnancy and postpartum topics. With prior experience at Charité and Flexitime GmbH in labor and delivery, Amelie’s educational credentials include a Master of Science in Global Health from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery from Katholische Hochschule Nordrhein-Westfalen.
