Gus Maxa has a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University. Gus has held various positions in the construction industry, starting as a Construction Supervisor at Pulte Group, Inc. from 2000 to 2007. Gus then moved on to become a Construction Manager at Wade Trim from 2008 to 2011. At Kelchner, Inc., Gus served as a Senior Project Manager from 2012 to 2017, and currently holds the positions of Area Manager and Director of Project Management since January 2018.
