Stefan Strandberg serves as the Director of the Western Customer Service Unit at Kela since November 2024, overseeing operations and development across multiple regions in Finland. Previously, Stefan held the position of Director at the Customer Service Centre for the employment and economic development administration at NTM, where nationwide services were provided. Prior to that, Stefan was the Director of Customer and IT Services at Veritas Pension Insurance Company, managing IT service divisions and innovating digital customer solutions. Early career roles included Director of Education and Culture in the Municipality of Kimitoön and a Banking Officer at numerous Finnish banks. Stefan holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Åbo Akademi University, as well as additional qualifications in Educational Administration and various legal studies.
