Saswati Soumya is a seasoned professional in customer success and management with a diverse background in various roles within the HR and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Keka HR since January 2022, Saswati has previously held positions including Customer Success Manager and Product Specialist focusing on implementation and account management. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at HDFC AMC from May 2017 to January 2022 and a Management Intern at State Bank of India, where contributions were made to the promotion of SBI products. Saswati holds an M.B.A in Marketing and Finance from KIIT School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
