Laila Qhistina

Special Task Force Against Corruption at Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia

Laila Qhistina has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Lecturer at Universitas Bangka Belitung since February 2022, while also working with the Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia since August 2015 as a member of the Special Task Force Against Corruption. In this role, Laila investigated over 23 corruption cases and successfully prosecuted 22 cases resulting in permanent legal verdicts. Previous roles include serving as a Public Prosecutor and Head of Archives and Record Administration at the High Attorney Office of Bangka Belitung, and as a Secretary within the same organization from February 2005 to April 2015. Laila was also involved in public advocacy programs such as Jaksa Menyapa and Jaksa Masuk Sekolah, aimed at educating the public and junior high school students on legal matters. Laila holds a Master of Laws degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, completed between 2018 and 2020.
