Sean Halsey is a Senior Associate and SUE Project Manager II at KEITH, specializing in Subsurface Utility Engineering Services. Prior to joining KEITH, Sean worked at Ground Hound Detection Services as the Florida Operations Manager. Sean received their education from Lewis and Clark Community College.
