Deb Conklin serves as President & CEO of KeHE Distributors since March 2023, overseeing the leading distributor of natural, organic, specialty, and fresh products in North America, while successfully guiding the company through an acquisition with DPI and implementing the Food Forward strategy. Prior to this role, Deb was the CEO of Reddy Ice from October 2017 to March 2023 and held various senior positions in operations and management across multiple firms, including Centerbridge Partners, Hilex Poly, TPG Global, Masonite, Stanley Works, and Rexam Custom. Deb holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
