Susanna Soikkeli is a skilled professional with extensive experience in support and development roles focused on workforce capabilities and rehabilitation. Currently serving as a °­±ð³ó¾±³Ù³Ùä³¾¾±²õ²¹²õ¾±²¹²Ô³Ù³Ü²Ô³Ù¾±Âá²¹ at KEHA-keskus since October 2023, prior roles include a Työkykykoordinaattori at TE-palvelut, where collaboration with employers was key to addressing work capability risks.
