Loriann Fuhrer serves as the Director of Business and Employment Litigation at Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter since August 1998, focusing on trial and appellate practice in areas such as complex business, mortgage-backed securities, business torts, breach of contract, and banking cases, along with the defense of discrimination, wrongful termination, and FLSA claims. Prior to this role, Loriann worked as an Associate Attorney at the United States Court of Appeals from August 1997 to August 1998, serving as a Law Clerk to the Honorable David A. Nelson. Loriann Fuhrer obtained a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (1994-1997), an M.A. in English from The University of Toledo (1988-1991), and a B.A. in English from the University of Mount Union (1984-1988).
