Raymond Lee is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the design and construction of foodservice projects. Currently serving as Project Manager at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar since April 2016, responsibilities include managing new construction and renovations. Concurrently, Raymond has been engaged as a Project Manager in design and construction consulting since 2015. Previously, in a notable role as VP of Design/Construction at Earls Restaurants Ltd from 1999 to 2014, Raymond contributed to the company's strategic expansion and oversight of all new construction. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Spectra Group, where management of 11 restaurant openings was undertaken, and a role as Food Service Facilities Consultant at David Greig & Associates Inc., contributing to significant projects like the Seattle Mariners Baseball Stadium.
