Previously, Medhavi worked at Origina, overseeing the implementation of CRM software, streamlining processes in Customer Operations, and aligning Global IBM Experts with clients. Experience includes roles as a Solutions Architect at Ericsson, where focus was on business analysis and customer engagement, and as a Presales Consultant at Newgen Software, managing presales initiatives across the APAC region. Medhavi holds an Executive MBA from the International Management Institute and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Banasthali Vidyapith.
