Kelly Reese is an experienced appellate consultant currently working at Counsel Press Inc. since December 2022, and previously contributed to The Lex Group from August 2002 to November 2022 in the same role. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, completing the program in 2002, and attended George Mason University from August 1998 to December 1999. Prior education includes graduating from Chancellor High School in 1997.
