James Barry MSc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and user experience. Currently serving as Product Manager at Kefron since April 2024, James previously held the position of Customer & User Experience Senior Manager at EY Seren Ireland from January 2022 to November 2023. Prior roles include Manager of the Customer Practice and Senior Business Analyst at Accenture, spanning from March 2014 to January 2022, and Entrepreneur & Co-Founder at Cent for Change, a social enterprise in the banking sector, between October 2011 and March 2014. James also contributed as a Financial Investigator at Deutsche Bank and as a Sales Customer Service Representative at AXA Insurance Ireland earlier in their career. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in E-Commerce from Dublin City University and a Bachelor of Business Studies with a Finance Specialism from the same institution.
