Lena Thelenius has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lena started their career at Bonnier Tidskrifter, where they worked as a Marketing Manager for over 20 years. During their time there, they were responsible for various tasks such as brand management, budgeting, and circulation. Lena also handled new business ventures and collaborated with advertisers on special projects.
In 2014, Lena joined Vi Media AB as a Marketing and Business Manager. In this role, they oversaw the marketing and development of the company's publications, Vi and Vi Läser. Lena was also in charge of the budget and circulation of these magazines and managed Vi's Travel Club.
Currently, Lena is the Marketing Manager at Keesing Media Group B.V. Since 2019, they have been leading the marketing efforts for Keesing Sverige AB, a market-leading company in crossword puzzles and game magazines in Sweden and the Nordics. Lena is responsible for the budget and circulation of Keesing Sweden's 56 titles and manages the company's digital platforms.
Lena Thelenius has a diverse education history that shows their interest and expertise in digital strategy and communication and media studies. In 2015, they attended Hyper Island for a Digital Strategy course. In 2019, they participated in a Facebook Business Manager program under the guidance of Sara Öhman, a digital strategist. That same year, they also took a WordPress grundkurs at Mediakurser, focusing on communication and media studies. In 2018, they completed a Masterclass in Social Media at Resumé Akademi. Additionally, in 2013, Lena Thelenius attended Berghs School of Communication to learn about building brand presence in social media.
