Oliver Takach

Cofounder, CEO at Keep Technologies

Oliver Takach has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Oliver is currently the Cofounder and CEO of Keep Technologies, a bank account and credit card provider for Canadian SMBs. Prior to this, Oliver worked as the Founder and CEO of Revenue Consulting from 2019 to 2021. Oliver also co-founded Retriever in 2018, where they served as the President and focused on social selling strategies. Oliver was the Founder and CEO of Origin from 2017 to 2019, a company that aimed to provide offices with quick, tasty, and healthy food through an automated smoothie-making process. Oliver also founded Careledger in 2014, with a focus on changing healthcare practices to prioritize the health consumer's needs. Additionally, Oliver was the Founder and CEO of Aiddly Health, Inc. in 2014, where they developed an automated and personalized patient platform.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Oliver gained experience as a Clinical Scientist at Providence Health & Services from 2013 to 2014. There, they conducted and managed clinical studies to improve patient care and published over 20 medical studies in renowned journals and conferences. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Simon Fraser University, conducting research on Alzheimer's disease. Oliver also has experience as a Summer Clinical Research Assistant at the Arizona Burn Center and as a Research Assistant in the Cardiophysiology Lab.

Oliver Takach has a diverse education history. Oliver began their academic journey at Semmelweis Medical School in 2006, where they pursued a degree in medicine but did not complete it. In 2008, they transferred to the University of Northern Colorado, where they studied chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in 2011. Following this, Oliver pursued a higher level of education at Simon Fraser University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Molecular Neuroscience. Finally, in 2015, they enrolled in the renowned technology startup accelerator, Y Combinator. Although no specific degree or field of study is indicated at Y Combinator, this experience likely provided Oliver with unique insights and skills in entrepreneurship and technology.
