Bharat Saoji has a strong background in IT, with over 30 years of experience. Bharat currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Keenan, where they lead the Application Development, Business Intelligence, QA, and Data Management/Administration departments. Bharat was recruited as part of the executive team to provide IT for the new Disability Management business unit. Prior to Keenan, Bharat held the position of Vice President at Opal Business Solutions, where they managed consulting services and implemented complex IT business solutions. Bharat also worked as a Sr. Engineer at both Rapidigm and Datamatics earlier in their career. Bharat began their IT career at Ispat Industries Limited, where they worked in the IT department. Overall, Bharat has extensive experience in IT leadership and has successfully managed various aspects of IT development and integration.

Bharat Saoji's education history begins in 1986 when they attended the College of Engineering where they obtained a B.E degree in Computer Technology. After that, in 2002, they pursued their MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, completing it in 2004. In 2005, Bharat obtained a PMP certification in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management.

In recent years, Bharat attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2022-2023 for an Executive Education program specializing in Digital Transformation, earning the degree of Chief Digital Officer. During this time, Bharat also obtained additional certifications in Product Analytics, Product Strategy, and Kellogg Chief Digital Officer from Kellogg Executive Education.
