Seth Elgin is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Keen Project Solutions, LLC, since November 2023, Seth focuses on leading projects and developing successful teams through mentoring. Previously, Seth held various senior management roles at Graham Construction Company, Inc. from March 2011 to November 2023, overseeing numerous aspects of project delivery including preconstruction services, estimates, and quality assurance across diverse sectors such as healthcare, behavioral health, and commercial renovations. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Manager at The Weitz Company, where Seth contributed to over $300 million in retirement community facility projects across several states. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
