Keeley Construction, including Vice President, Director, and Human Resources Manager. April also has experience as a Lead Legal Recruiting Specialist at Husch Blackwell. April holds a BS in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an Associate of Science degree from Southwestern Illinois College.
