Steven Theesfeld has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Steven is the Founder and CEO of Keel Technologies, a company focused on bringing stability to healthcare organizations and professionals. Steven is responsible for assessing, understanding, and coaching healthcare organizations and teams. Prior to that, Steven founded Cariloop in 2009, where they served as the Founder/Director and later as the Chief Impact Officer and Chief Integrity Officer. Cariloop provides a fully integrated, tech-enabled Caregiver Support Platform. Steven also worked as an Advisor and Consultant for Snug, a company that simplifies estate planning. Steven has managerial experience as well, having worked as the Manager of Quality Improvement at Telligen from 2016 to 2018. Steven also held the position of Sr. Quality Improvement Facilitator at Telligen Inc from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Steven worked at Sunrise Senior Living as a Coordinator, where they managed a team of caregivers and implemented quality initiatives. Steven also worked as a Caregiver, providing personalized care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
Steven Theesfeld attended Lincoln-Way East High School from 1999 to 2003. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Steven Theesfeld obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Aveta Business Institute in April 2014 and CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) in November 2012.
