Petar Bojanic has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering management. Petar started their career at Marvell Semiconductor and RT-RK as an intern and software engineer, respectively. Petar then joined Vestel as a software engineer and later moved to Delem, where they worked as a software developer at KEBA. Petar also worked at KEBA Industrial Automation Germany GmbH as a software developer. In 2020, Petar became a Base Team Manager at KEBA Group, where they currently hold the position of an Engineering Manager. Throughout their career, Petar has been involved in various projects related to automation control, Embedded Linux, USB HID Linux kernel drivers, Debian packaging, bootloaders, kernel development, MMI interface, CAN interface, C/C++ applications, shell scripts, and migration of software components to GitLab.
Petar Bojanic attended Gymnasium "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" Novi Sad from 2000 to 2004. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad in 2004. Petar pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, which they successfully completed in 2010.
