Doug Mehl is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Americas Lead for the Automotive and Industrial Practice at A.T. Kearney since January 2015, Doug specializes in strategy, operational improvements, mergers and acquisitions, profit and loss turnarounds, and change management. Prior to A.T. Kearney, Doug held the position of Managing Director at Anderton Industries, where the focus was on providing capital to middle market companies, and worked as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company with an emphasis on operational enhancements and P&L turnarounds. Doug's career began at Ford Motor Company, managing operations in body construction and assembly plants. Doug holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
