Rima Chakrabarti, MD, serves as a Venture Partner and Partner at KdT Ventures since February 2020, overseeing an investment portfolio that includes Remedy Robotics, Dimension Inx, Cypris Materials, Modulus Therapeutics, Faeth Therapeutics, and Motif Neuro. In December 2023, Rima Chakrabarti assumed the role of Principal at Rice University Biotech Launchpad and has been an Advisory Board Member at Cypris Materials since September 2022, as well as a Board Member for Dimension Inx and Modulus Therapeutics. Rima Chakrabarti previously held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, Associate Principal at Fannin Innovation Studio, and Resident Physician at Penn Medicine. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Brown University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center, where Rima Chakrabarti graduated with Distinction in Research.
