Najla completed their Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from the same university from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued studies in Human Resources at UC Irvine from 2007 to 2009.
