John Mullinax is an experienced construction quality control and mechanical inspection professional with over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as a QC Inspector at Kirlin since March 2019, John performs field compliance inspections and quality assurance to ensure adherence to specifications and codes. Previous roles include QA Inspector at TAI Engineering, Project Inspector at Heery International, and Senior Mechanical Inspector at Global Engineering Solutions, among others. John has a proven track record in managing quality for extensive projects, such as the Dulles International Airport Development Program and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's New Campus East. John holds a Journeyman's License from the Virginia Plumbing Apprenticeship Program and a High School Diploma from Stonewall Jackson High School.
