Kris Rajana has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2002, Kris worked as the Director of Engineering Program Management at Snap Appliance, where they were responsible for overseeing engineering programs.

In 2004, Kris joined Xyratex as the Director of Program Management, where they played a crucial role in managing programs, maintaining customer and vendor relationships, and leading global distributed teams involved in hardware, software, and system test engineering.

In 2007, Kris had two simultaneous roles. Kris became the Vice President of Engineering Services at Sullego, where they were responsible for operations, software development, validation, system integration testing, and obtaining safety certifications. At the same time, Kris also founded Vedams, Inc., a Smartshore solutions provider. As the Founder and President, they led the company in serving global customers across various industries such as Enterprise Storage, Digital Media, and Broadcast Solutions.

In 2015, Kris moved on to Biarca, where they served as the President and Chief Technology Officer. During their tenure, they played a pivotal role in the company's operations and technology strategies until March 2022.

Currently, Kris is the Senior Vice President of Cloud Native Technologies at KCS - Krish Compusoft Services, a position they have held since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of cloud-native technologies.

Kris Rajana pursued a Ph.D. in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Penn State Great Valley between 1990 and 1995. Following this, in 2006 and 2007, Rajana attended Stanford University, where they obtained an SCPM (Advanced Project Management) degree.
